With Kyosho holding a sale on bodies at the moment, IYve managed to get my hands onto a few of the bodies that I've been wanting for quite a while.

I'm really looking forward to the end of Spring. I have allergies to just about everything that is floating in the air. Or, so it seems.

My eyes are watering and my nose is completely blocked.

It just uses up way too much energy.

Does anyone have any great home-made remedies for hayfever? I'm not big on medicines.

Our thoughts go out to those affected by the events in Boston today.

I'm a big fan of coffee. I love it.

I'm also a big fan of, well who doesn't like ice-cream.

Now, when you add the two together it usually turns out being a bit of a mess....

BUT, I've found a place that does an espresso float and uses ice coffee instead of hot coffee.... It's fantastic...

The ice-cream stays as ice-cream and the coffee is coffee...

The perfect blend.

I must admit that I'm scared of earthquakes. They just make you feel sick. Even during the shaking I can remember wondering if the next jolt was going to be much harder than the last.

We are all ok here. I know my house is equipped with some of the latest technology as far as brakes in the wall and energy absorbing devices but it's hard to know just how effective they really are.

I also noticed that my cupboard doors have an earthquake lock on them to stop all of the plates etc flying out and onto the floor. I'd seen the little latches before but I had no idea what they were for. They seem to work very well.

I'm hoping everyone is ok. There hasn't been a Tsunami warning yet so that, I think, is a good thing.
