The hysteria surrounding the Corona virus has hit top pitch today. They are stopping all kind of meetings and events for the foreseeable future. It just feels a little too much.
I'm concerned, but this is just too much.

Have you ever woken up and felt bad. Not really sure why, but I've got a funk going on today and I just can't seem to shake it.
So, I'll post a photo from yesterday. I did a lot of climbing on the bike yesterday and I realized that I do need to lose some of the weight I've put on since celebrating leaving hospital.
It's time to get back to life.
